The best malatang in Karlsruhe. The selection is amazing and the taste is absolutely authentic. It is also highly customizable to suit your taste (spice level, dietary restrictions). The ambiance is also great and the location is very central. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants a delicious meal guaranteed.

Tastes just like home! Great variety of ingredients, flavorful soup bases (I went with the spicy beef bone broth), and reasonable prices! An authentic build-your-own-malatang experience.

It’s my second time to dine in within 2 weeks. I have to admit it’s a such place to have a bowl of Malatang. There is barely no difference between the yangguofu in China and here what it tastes and I missed it so much. It’s tastes just like I was still in the local of high school in my hometown. I would recommend all the spicy and malatang lovers around Karlsruhe to experience this taste.
It has a large selection of vegans as well because you have to pick up every thing you want to eat and then deliver to the front desk to get your price. A various of Chinese typical drinks are available, I am so astonished of it 😂
If you find something didn’t satisfy or actual problem, don’t be hesitate to raise your question, because now it’s still on a trail, the owner wants your feedback eagerly to help them better.
Generally speaking it’s really a great place to go!- Mahlzeit

Did not expect something special before coming here, but wasn’t disappointed at all. The soup was really good. I love the topping bar where I can freely choose toppings and make sauces for myself (all you can eat toppings).

Delicious food with great variety - feels like being in China! The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options - including many vegetarian and vegan choices. Even the broths come in vegetarian/vegan versions. Since you put your own bowl together, nothing goes to waste because you can take what you like. The price is reasonable for the portion size and quality. Definitely worth a visit!
